What the scores mean
These are Chaperon’s editorial judgments for China-sourcing buyers. They are not official ratings or a measure of whether your shipment is compliant. Read the affected-buyer note beside each score.
Buyer relevance: 1–3 is narrow or indirect; 4–6 helps a particular buyer group; 7–8 affects a common buying or shipping decision; 9–10 has a direct impact across much of our buyer audience.
Urgency: 1–3 is background or has no new deadline; 4–6 calls for planning; 7–8 needs attention before a near-term deadline; 9–10 needs immediate action or concerns an active disruption.
